Each week, please complete the corresponding section of your Quit Plan. By the time your Quit Day rolls around in Week 9, you will have a completed Quit Plan to aid you at the next step of your tobacco-free journey.
If at any time during the program you fall behind, you may be prompted to change your Quit Date.
